Role Description This is a full-time on-site role based in Rajkot for a Meta Ads Expert. The Meta Ads Expert will be responsible for designing, launching, and managing data-driven advertising campaigns on platforms like Facebook and Instagram. Daily activities may include creating and analyzing ad performance reports, optimizing campaigns to meet KPIs, conducting A/B testing for creatives, targeting options, and managing budgets effectively. Collaboration with the marketing team to align campaign objectives with broader strategies will also be a critical aspect of the role. Qualifications • Proficiency in creating, managing, and optimizing Meta Ads campaigns, including audience targeting, budget allocation, and ad creatives. • Strong analytical skills for evaluating campaign performance, running A/B tests, and making data-driven decisions. • Understanding of digital marketing tactics, including paid social media advertising and how it integrates with broader marketing strategies. • Ability to use tools for content creation and editing, as well as familiarity with marketing analytics platforms. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a team and with stakeholders. • Knowledge of trends and best practices in digital marketing and social media advertising. • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred. • Certifications in Meta Advertising or Digital Marketing (e.g., Facebook Blueprint Certification) are a plus.
