Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Metal Injection Moulding Business Development Executive, primarily based in Cannanore, with the flexibility to work from home as needed. Key responsibilities include identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating leads, developing and maintaining strong client relationships, and managing accounts to drive business growth. The role involves collaborating with internal teams and customers to ensure successful project execution and delivery of optimal solutions tailored to client requirements. Qualifications • Strong New Business Development and Lead Generation skills, with a proven ability to identify and pursue opportunities. • Excellent Business acumen and strategic thinking to develop and implement effective growth strategies. • Exceptional Communication skills to interact confidently with clients and internal teams. • Account Management capabilities to build and maintain long-term relationships with customers and ensure client satisfaction. • Ability to work independently and proactively in a hybrid work environment. • Knowledge of Injection Moulding technologies and industries is an advantage. • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
