The role ensures compliance with ISO/IEC 17025 standards, delivers accurate and impartial metallurgical results, and expands the laboratory’s market presence. Key Responsibilities: • Manage and oversee laboratory testing processes to ensure compliance with ISO/IEC 17025 standards. • Drive sales and business development initiatives for accredited metallurgical testing services. • Deliver accurate and impartial metallurgical results to clients. • Expand the laboratory’s market presence through strategic marketing and client relationship management. • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address client needs and requirements. • Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in metallurgical testing techniques. Required Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Metallurgical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field. • Minimum of 5 years of experience in metallurgical testing or a related field. • Proven track record in business development and sales within the laboratory services industry. • Strong understanding of ISO/IEC 17025 standards and laboratory accreditation processes. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Relevant certifications in metallurgical testing or quality management are a plus.
