• *Greetings From Global Healthcare Billing Partners Pvt Ltd!!!** • *Hiring: MidLevel AI Developer** • *Position:** AI / ML / LLM Developer (Mid-Level) • *Experience:** 3 to 5 Years • *Reporting To:** Lead AI Engineer • *Location:** Chennai • *Employment Type:** Full-Time • *About the Role.** We are looking for **skilled Mid-Level AI Developers** with hands-on experience in **Machine Learning, NLP, Deep Learning, and Large Language Models (LLMs).** You will work closely with our Lead AI Engineer to build and deploy scalable, production-grade AI solutions used across enterprise environments. This role is perfect for candidates who are passionate about AI engineering, love solving complex problems, and want to work on **end-to-end AI development from data to deployment.** • *Key Responsibilities** • *1. AI & ML Model Development** Build and deploy ML models for structured & unstructured datasets Develop NLP, classification, predictive, and deep learning models Create complete ML pipelines: ingestion processing training deployment monitoring Optimize models for accuracy, latency, and scalability • *2. LLM & Generative AI Engineering** Develop LLM-based applications using GPT, Claude, Llama, or similar Implement **prompt engineering**, **RAG pipelines**, **vector search**, and **finetuning** Work on AI copilots, chatbots, document-intelligence systems, and automation agents Use embeddings and vector databases (FAISS / Pinecone / Milvus / Weaviate) • *3. MLOps & Deployment** Deploy models using Docker, Kubernetes, or cloud-native tools Integrate CI/CD pipelines for ML Track models using MLflow, Kubeflow, SageMaker, or Vertex AI • *4. Data Engineering Collaboration** Work with data engineers to prepare high-quality datasets Design feature engineering strategies Ensure data governance, lineage, and data quality • *5. Enterprise AI Integration** Build APIs to integrate AI solutions into business applications Automate business workflows using AI-powered logic Work with cross-functional teams to identify AI-led improvements • *6. Compliance & Responsible AI** Implement explainability, fairness, and model governance practices Follow data privacy and security protocols • *Required Technical Skills** • *Core AI / ML** Strong Python programming experience Hands-on with TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn Good understanding of NLP, transformers, embeddings Experience with hyperparameter tuning & model evaluation • *LLM / Generative AI** Experience with OpenAI / Anthropic / Llama models Prompt engineering & RAG implementation Knowledge of vector databases (FAISS / Pinecone / Milvus) Exposure to fine-tuning or instruction tuning • *MLOps** Docker, Kubernetes & CI/CD pipelines MLflow / Kubeflow / SageMaker / Vertex AI Model monitoring & drift detection • *Data & Infra** SQL & NoSQL databases Handling large datasets REST API development Cloud platforms (AWS preferred) • *Preferred Qualifications** Experience in healthcare, RCM, or enterprise AI systems Familiarity with intelligent document processing (IDP) Knowledge of multi-agent systems or reinforcement learning Understanding of HIPAA & healthcare data compliance • *Soft Skills** Strong analytical skills Ability to break down business problems into AI solutions Clear communication skills Ownership mindset Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams • *Education** Bachelors or Masters degree in CS, AI, Data Science, or related fields AI/ML/Cloud certifications are a plus • *What We Offer** Opportunity to build next-generation AI solutions Work on enterprise-scale automation initiatives High-impact role with strong technical learning Competitive salary based on skills and experience Fast-track growth under an experienced Lead AI Engineer Interested candidates can share their updated resume to 8610738432.
