Mid-Level Full-Stack Developer

We are expanding our new IMRIVA office in Hyderabad’s Financial District and are looking for a Mid-Level Full-Stack Developer (3–5 years experience) who wants to build real enterprise systems, mentor junior developers and optionally take on a Deputy Team Lead role as the team grows. This is a full-time on-site role in Hyderabad. Your Role You will work hands-on in our engineering team and contribute to: • Building .NET (C#) backend services and APIs • Developing modern React + TypeScript frontends • Working with Azure services, CI/CD pipelines and microservices • Mentoring fresher & junior developers in our Hyderabad office • Optionally stepping into a Deputy Team Lead / Acting Lead role (if desired) You will collaborate closely with senior engineers in Germany and India on production-grade applications for banking, real estate and other regulated industries. Your Responsibilities • Develop full-stack features using ASP.NET Core, Web API, Entity Framework, React, TypeScript • Build and maintain robust cloud components on Azure • Perform code reviews, help maintain coding standards and best practices • Guide junior developers and support their technical growth • Assist in sprint planning, architecture discussions and DevOps processes • Work in an international engineering environment across time zones Your Profile • 3–5 years professional full-stack development experience • Strong in: • C# / ASP.NET Core / Web API • React, modern hooks & component architecture • TypeScript, JavaScript fundamentals • SQL Server / PostgreSQL • Solid knowledge of Azure or another major cloud platform • Experience in mentoring junior developers or onboarding new team members • Strong communication skills and willingness to work on-site in Hyderabad Nice to Have • Experience with microservices or event-driven systems • Experience with European clients or regulated domains • Interest in AI, LLMs and intelligent automation • Desire to grow into a Team Lead or Architect role What We Offer • A central technical role in our new Hyderabad delivery hub • Real exposure to enterprise-grade projects with German clients • Opportunity to grow into Deputy Team Lead → Team Lead as team scales • Modern tech stack: .NET, React, Azure, microservices, AI components • Structured mentoring, modern development tools and a strong engineering culture • Appealing salary depending on experience & responsibilities • Initially freelance/contract possible; transition to full-time after Pvt Ltd incorporation in early 2026 Interested?
