Job Summary LatentView Analytics is looking for a highly skilled Mid-level Marketing Mix Modelling (MMM) Specialist with strong data science expertise to join our growing analytics team. The ideal candidate will have 6–9 years of overall experience, with deep hands-on exposure to Marketing Mix Modelling, and the ability to independently drive end-to-end MMM engagements. This role involves close collaboration with business stakeholders, building robust MMM solutions, and delivering actionable marketing insights through advanced analytics. Roles and Responsibilities • Own and deliver end-to-end Marketing Mix Modelling (MMM) solutions including requirement gathering, data processing, EDA, modelling, validation, and optimization • Develop both short-term and long-term MMM models to evaluate marketing effectiveness and ROI • Apply marketing concepts such as adstock / carryover, saturation, diminishing returns, and brand impact in model design • Build and evaluate additive and multiplicative models, including Bayesian regression-based approaches • Perform media mix and budget optimization, recommending optimal spend allocation across channels • Translate complex analytical outputs into clear, actionable insights for business and marketing stakeholders • Develop production-ready Python / R code following best coding practices and version control standards (Git) • Independently manage day-to-day client engagements and collaborate with cross-functional teams • Contribute to thought leadership, best practices, and continuous improvement of MMM frameworks within the organization Required Skills • 6–9 years of overall experience, with 6+ years in Data Science • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in Marketing Mix Modelling (MMM) • Strong understanding of marketing analytics and media performance measurement • Expertise in MMM algorithms including additive, multiplicative, and Bayesian models • Proven experience in media budget optimization and scenario planning • Strong Python programming skills (R is a plus) with experience building scalable, production-grade solutions We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
