Job Description – Middle Office Analyst / Associate Location: Chennai Department: Middle Office – Derivatives & Securities Experience: 1–3 Years Qualification: MBA Finance / Graduate in Finance Notice Period: Immediate Joiner Key Responsibilities • Process derivative trades in internal systems accurately and within timelines • Send trade notifications to third parties, including fund trustees • Resolve trade-related exceptions and breaks • Coordinate with counterparties for cash flow settlement • Liaise with internal teams and hub teams to resolve discrepancies • Monitor and report exceptions as per internal controls and client requirements • Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate processing teams • Support smooth daily operations and contribute to team success Required Skills • Strong understanding of Derivative products / Investment Banking operations • Experience in Middle Office / Trade Support / Operations • Good knowledge of Loans, Corporate Actions, and Listed Securities • Strong MS Excel and Microsoft Office skills Preferred Candidate Profile • 1–3 years of experience in Investment Banking Operations / Middle Office • Exposure to trade lifecycle management 📩 Interested candidates can share their updated CV at: swagatika.s@twsol.com
