Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a MIM Business Development Executive, with flexibility for remote work. The candidate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating leads, managing client accounts, and developing strong relationships with customers. Responsibilities will also include preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with the internal team to meet customer requirements. Qualifications • Strong skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation • Proven experience in MIM component lead generation and conversion to sales. • Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work independently and adapt to hybrid work environments • Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, marketing, or a related field • Previous experience in the Metal Injection Moulding business or Investment Casting industry is a must.
