This role is for one of the Weekday's clients Salary range: Rs 200000 - Rs 500000 (ie INR 2-5 LPA) Min Experience: 1 years Location: Chandigarh, Mohali, Panchkula, Zirakpur JobType: full-time We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive MIS Analyst to support our D2C Freight vertical. The role involves preparing reports, ensuring data accuracy, providing actionable insights to operational teams, and maintaining smooth information flow across departments. This position requires strong analytical skills, proficiency in reporting tools, and the ability to support decision-making through data. Requirements Key Responsibilities: - Data Analysis & Reporting - Prepare, validate, and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for the D2C Freight operations. - Develop dashboards and performance trackers using Advanced Excel and Google Sheets. - Monitor operational KPIs, trends, and variances, ensuring timely and accurate reporting. - Ticketing & Issue Management - Manage tickets using Freshdesk or similar portals, ensuring timely resolution and proper tracking. - Coordinate with customer service, operations, billing, and vendor teams to ensure closure of issues. - Data Accuracy & Process Support - Perform regular data checks to maintain consistency and accuracy. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Operations, KAM, Billing, Vendor Reconciliation) to support operational workflows. - Provide ad hoc reports and insights to assist management decision-making. Qualifications & Skills: - Bachelor's or higher degree in Business Administration, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field. - 6 months - 1 year of experience in MIS, reporting, or data analysis. - Prior exposure to Logistics, Supply Chain, or E-commerce is mandatory. - Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/HLOOKUP, Index-Match, Conditional Formatting, Dashboards; Macros preferred). - Strong proficiency in Google Sheets (formulas, data validation, reporting automation). - Familiarity with ticketing tools such as Freshdesk or Zendesk. - Analytical mindset, attention to detail, strong communication skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. - Proactive and collaborative approach to work.
