About the job
As an MIS Executive at our company, you will be responsible for supporting data-driven decision-making and business analytics, while also assisting with HR general administration. Your role will require strong analytical acumen, reporting proficiency, and the ability to support HR operations efficiently in a fast-paced, process-driven environment. • Key Responsibilities: - Develop, automate, and maintain MIS dashboards, KPI reports, and business performance trackers for Overseas HR and Operations. - Conduct data analysis and interpretation to support with insights, trends, and forecasting. - Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify and define reporting and analytical requirements. - Prepare monthly/quarterly business review presentations and support leadership with ad hoc analytical requests. - Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across systems and reports. - Partner with teams to streamline data extraction, integration, and visualization processes using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Excel dashboards. - Support budgeting, manpower planning, and productivity tracking through analytics. - Generate insights from HR metrics such as attrition, manpower cost, attendance, and performance indicators. - Assist HR team in employee data management, onboarding/offboarding documentation, and record maintenance. - Coordinate with Regional HR SPOC for attendance, leave records, and related compliance tracking. - Support employee engagement, HR communications, and survey reporting. - Maintain and update HR databases, trackers, and employee files. - Assist in vendor coordination, stationery/inventory management, and general administrative support. - Contribute to process improvement initiatives and ensure documentation of HR/administrative SOPs. • Qualifications: - Bachelors degree in Commerce / Statistics / Economics / Business Administration. - Postgraduate Diploma or MBA (preferred) in Business Analytics / HR / Operations Management. • Experience: - 3-6 years of experience in MIS, analytics, or business support roles. - Exposure to HR operations or general administration will be an advantage.
