Role Description This is a full-time position for an MSD Business Central Developer at VThrive Solutions. The role is a hybrid position, based in Coimbatore, with flexibility to work from home as needed. The MSD Business Central Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing customizations, integrations, and enhancements for Microsoft Dynamics Business Central. Day-to-day tasks will include collaborating with cross-functional teams, troubleshooting technical issues, performing system testing, and preparing technical documentation. The role may also involve working with clients to understand their needs and offering tailored solutions that align with their business objectives. Qualifications • Strong Analytical Skills for problem-solving and system improvement • Effective Communication skills to collaborate with team members and clients • Proficiency in Lead Generation and Market Research • Customer Service skills to support client requirements and ensure satisfaction • Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics Business Central, or relevant ERP systems • Knowledge of coding languages like C/AL and AL • Experience with system upgrades, configurations, and troubleshooting • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field • Experience with SQL Server, Power BI, or other analytics tools is a plus • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment
