About the job
We are hiring for multiple roles in Learning & Development / Instructional Design with a leading consulting organisation. Our client is a well-established consulting firm specialising in people development, leadership training, and customised learning solutions for organisations across industries. We are looking for professionals with experience in Instructional Design, Learning Experience Design, and a Manager – Learning Experience & Design who can design impactful learning journeys and deliver high-quality development solutions for corporate clients. Open Roles: - Instructional Designer (ILT / VILT / eLearning) (Based on current drawn; extendable up to 12 LPA) - Learning Experience Designer (Based on current drawn; extendable up to 12 LPA) - Manager – Learning Experience & Design (Based on current drawn; extendable up to 18 LPA) Eligibility: - Graduate / Postgraduate in HR, Education, Training, Learning Technology, or related field - Experience in Instructional Design, Learning Consulting, or Training Content Development - Experience in corporate learning or people development consulting organisations preferred. Location: Mumbai (Work from Office) Days: 5 days/week
