The National Account Manager for PSU and Govt is responsible for developing, managing, and expanding business relationships with Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs), Government organizations, and allied public institutions. The role focuses on empanelment, contract negotiations, revenue growth, relationship management, and ensuring seamless service delivery to PSU beneficiaries. Key Responsibilities 1. Business Development & Empanelment • Identify and onboard new PSUs, government bodies, and public institutions for hospital empanelment. • Manage end-to-end empanelment process including documentation, compliance, and negotiations. • Track and respond to RFPs, tenders, and government healthcare schemes. • Develop strategic plans to increase PSU patient inflow and revenue. 2. Relationship Management • Build and maintain strong relationships with PSU HR, medical officers, and decision-makers. • Conduct regular review meetings with PSU clients to ensure service satisfaction. • Act as a single point of contact for escalations and service issues. • Ensure smooth coordination between PSU representatives and hospital departments. 3. Revenue & Target Achievement • Achieve monthly/quarterly/annual revenue targets from PSU segment. • Ensure all units acheive their targets. • Conduct regular unit review meetings. 4. Operations & Coordination • Coordinate with IPD, OPD, TPA desk, billing, and finance teams for seamless service delivery. • Ensure compliance with PSU agreement terms and regulatory requirements. • Facilitate health camps, medical check-ups, and wellness programs for PSU employees. 5. Reporting & Strategy • Provide market intelligence on competitor activities in PSU segment. • Recommend pricing strategies and service enhancements to improve competitiveness. • Coach and Guide unit team ASMs. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) • PSU revenue growth (%) • Number of new PSU empanelment • Client satisfaction scores • Renewal rate of PSU agreements Qualifications • MBA in Marketing / Healthcare Management / Hospital Administration preferred. • Graduate in any discipline (Healthcare background preferred). Experience • 8-15 years of experience in hospital marketing/corporate relations. • Minimum 4–5 years handling PSU/Government accounts. Required Skills • Strong negotiation and networking skills • Knowledge of government healthcare schemes & tender processes • Relationship management & stakeholder handling • Financial acumen and revenue tracking
