About the job

As the National Training Manager at Shark Ninja, your primary responsibility is to architect and implement a scalable, performance-driven training capability system that ensures consistent, empathetic, and conversion-focused brand experiences in every customer interaction. This role goes beyond traditional training and requires you to design frameworks from scratch, institutionalize them across teams and partners, and sustain excellence through measurable systems. Key Responsibilities: - Design and deploy scalable training frameworks covering empathy-led selling methodology and product mastery - Institutionalize frameworks into repeatable processes for training, certification, refresher cycles, and launch readiness - Build operational processes for field execution by developing playbooks, SOPs, and digital toolkits - Implement certification and recertification processes with defined criteria and assessment matrix - Integrate training milestones into retail partner calendars for effective execution - Enable channel-specific training for modern trade and owner & experience stores - Lead complex stakeholder ecosystems by aligning national & regional teams, staffing agencies, and internal functions - Measure, optimize, and scale training programs based on defined KPIs and performance metrics Qualifications & Experience: - 7-10 years of experience in frontline capability building, sales excellence, or retail enablement within premium consumer durables, home appliances, or tech-led lifestyle brands in India - Proven ability to design and deploy enterprise-grade frameworks and operational processes - Deep experience in managing large stakeholder groups across modern trade and brand-owned retail formats - Strong understanding of Indian retail operations and regional nuances - Proficiency in blending human-centric skills with operational discipline - Familiarity with LMS, mobile learning, and performance analytics tools - Excellent communication skills for diverse audiences Your role in leading Shark Ninja's success drivers involves embodying the company's unique mindset: - Be "RARELY SATISFIED" and strive for continuous improvement - Prioritize "PROGRESS OVER PERFECTION" in your work - Focus on the details as they "MAKE THE DIFFERENCE" - Embrace the idea that "WINNING IS A TEAM SPORT" and collaborate effectively - Communicate with impact and clarity [Note: Additional details about the company were not provided in the job description.]
