As the National Training Manager at Shark Ninja, your primary responsibility is to architect and implement a scalable, performance-driven training capability system that ensures consistent, empathetic, and conversion-focused brand experiences in every customer interaction. This role goes beyond traditional training and requires you to design frameworks from scratch, institutionalize them across teams and partners, and sustain excellence through measurable systems.
