Role Overview: As the National Training Manager at Transsion TECNO, you will be responsible for leading and executing the national training strategy. Your role will involve overseeing large-scale training initiatives, managing pan-India training teams, and ensuring effective stakeholder engagement to drive measurable business impact. Key Responsibilities: - Drive and execute the national training strategy in alignment with business goals. - Lead and manage a pan-India team of trainers to ensure consistent delivery. - Plan and implement nationwide product launch and retail training programs. - Create engaging training content with a consumer-mindset approach using digital tools. - Conduct Train-the-Trainer programs to enhance and expand trainer capability. - Ensure high training coverage and certification compliance across different regions. - Track training effectiveness and measure business impact through comprehensive reporting. - Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Retail teams to achieve training objectives. Qualification Required: - Graduate/Post Graduate/MBA with 10-15 years of experience in product, sales, and capability training.
