The NEET Expert Leadership Role requires someone who can build and manage a high-performing team, drive business growth, and foster a culture of excellence. Lead and develop the overall strategy for the NEET vertical, encompassing content, teachers, operations, and product strategy. Plan and execute academic calendars, learning journeys, and NEET course structures to ensure seamless delivery. Design and implement pricing, packaging, and scaling strategies to optimize NEET batch performance. Identify, recruit, and manage top-tier NEET faculty members (Physics, Chemistry, Biology) to deliver exceptional results. Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to create high-quality question banks, notes, tests, and study modules that meet industry standards. Maintain and enhance the academic quality of NEET offerings to maintain market leadership. Oversee the creation of engaging lectures, DPPs, mock tests, PYQ modules, and crash courses that cater to diverse learner needs. Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including design, video, and tech, to ensure a seamless learning experience. Innovate formats that improve efficiency, such as micro-revisions, short theory capsules, and hybrid content. Manage day-to-day operations, class schedules, doubt-solving, and planning to ensure smooth execution. Facilitate effective communication and coordination between teachers, ops, tech, and student support teams. Monitor academic progress, student feedback, and ensure timely execution to achieve business objectives. Partner with the marketing team to launch campaigns and position the NEET brand effectively in the market. Support YouTube integrations, ads, and outreach strategies to expand the brand's online presence. Analyze student behavior to optimize conversion and retention rates.
