What You Can Expect The Negotiation Excellence Leader plays a critical role in enhancing negotiation outcomes through data analysis, playbook & negotiation tools development, and cross-functional collaboration. This position combines negotiation and analytical expertise with strategic procurement insight to drive value, mitigate risk, and support business growth. Work Location: Bangalore Work Mode: Hybrid (3 Days in office) Your Background Required Technical Skills • Strong negotiation and procurement expertise • Data-savvy and analytical capability Education and Experience Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Economics, Business, Finance, or a related field • At least 10+ years of progressive experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain analytics required with a minimum bachelor’s level of education Travel Expectations Must possess the ability to travel on a regular basis with overnight stays up to 20%.
