Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a New Product Developer located in Jhansi. The New Product Developer will engage in hands-on research and development, conceptualize and execute innovative product ideas, and oversee product management to bring new offerings to the market. Responsibilities include collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, analyzing market trends, working with raw materials, and ensuring product alignment with company standards and customer needs. Qualifications • Strong skills in Research and Development (R&D) and Product Development • Experience with Product Management and the ability to execute end-to-end product lifecycle processes • Knowledge of Food Technology or relevant technical fields is advantageous • Excellent Communication abilities to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders • Creative and innovative problem-solving skills • Ability to work on-site in Jhansi • Educational background in relevant disciplines such as Product Design, Engineering, or related fields • Experience or passion for gardening or manufacturing is a plus
