Job description: Industry: CI Casting & Machining Location: Padavala, Rajkot Experience Required: 10–12 Years Key Requirements: Proven ability to lead, guide & motivate the NPD team. Strong project-handling, planning & multitasking capabilities. Hands-on experience in New Product Development (NPD). Mandatory experience in CI Casting and Machining processes. Strong background in VMC / HMC machining operations. In-depth knowledge of APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, SPC, MSA, Control Plans. Expertise in tooling development, pattern design & process validation. Ability to troubleshoot casting and machining issues effectively. Strong communication, customer interaction & documentation skills. Capability to coordinate with production, quality, design & tooling teams.
