Role : Node JS Tech lead Experience : 5+ Location : Pan India Job Description : Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency) Must-Have : Node.js (Express / NestJS), RESTful APIs and Microservices Architecture, JWT / OAuth2, SQL & NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL / MySQL / MongoDB) Good-to-Have : Kafka, Openshift Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role • Lead end‐to‐end full stack development using Node.js and modern UI frameworks. • Own technical design, solution architecture, and low‐level design. • Perform code reviews, enforce coding standards, and ensure best practices. • Collaborate with architects, product owners, and business stakeholders. • Ensure non‐functional requirements such as performance, security, and scalability. • Contribute to modernization initiatives and cloud‐native adoption.
