Role Description This is a full-time, on-site position for an experienced Node.js Developer at Programming.com's Noida office. The day-to-day responsibilities include designing and implementing server-side applications using Node.js, integrating user-facing elements with server-side logic, writing reusable and scalable code, employing database and data storage solutions, ensuring optimal performance and responsiveness, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver robust solutions. The role requires adherence to the highest standards of software development through continuous improvements, code reviews, debugging, and testing. Exp: 4+ years Location: Pune - 5 Days, WFO (Rotational Weekend) Key Responsibilities: • Primary responsibilities include addressing production issues, participating in on-call rotations, and providing weekend rotational support. • Develop and maintain scalable web applications using Node.js, React.js, and Nest.js. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver high-quality solutions. • Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines for seamless deployment. • Design and optimize relational (RDBMS) and NoSQL databases. • Ensure responsive and efficient frontend interfaces. • Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code. • Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement. Qualifications Required Skills: • Strong proficiency in Node.js, React.js, and Nest.js. • Good understanding of frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, etc.). • Experience with CI/CD tools and deployment strategies. • Solid grasp of RDBMS (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB). • Excellent problem-solving and requirement analysis skills. • Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
