Role Overview We are seeking a talented Node.js Developer with 2–3 years of hands-on experience to join our development team. You will be responsible for building backend services, developing APIs, and ensuring high performance and responsiveness of applications. Key Responsibilities • Develop and maintain backend applications using Node.js and frameworks like Express.js or NestJS. • Build and integrate RESTful APIs and microservices. • Work with databases such as MongoDB, MySQL, or PostgreSQL. • Debug, optimize, and enhance application performance. • Collaborate with front-end developers, testers, and product teams. • Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code. • Ensure application security and data protection. • Participate in code reviews and contribute to best practices. Required Skills • 2–3 years of proven experience in Node.js backend development. • Strong understanding of JavaScript (ES6+) and asynchronous programming. • Experience with Express.js / NestJS. • Good knowledge of database design and querying (MongoDB/MySQL/PostgreSQL). • Familiarity with Git and version control workflows. • Understanding of API authentication (JWT/OAuth). • Good debugging, problem-solving, and communication skills.
