1. Collaborate with CEO to define strategic priorities, develop action plans, and execute initiatives aimed at driving business growth and operational excellence. 2. Develop and maintain key performance indicators to track operational performance and measure progress towards strategic objectives. 3. Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement across various aspects of the organization's operations. 4. Generate actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis to inform decision-making processes and drive continuous improvement. 5. Partner with IT teams to enhance data infrastructure, reporting capabilities, and visualization tools to support decision-making. 6. Provide support in the development and execution of strategic projects, including market research and analysis. 7. Communicate findings, insights, and recommendations effectively to stakeholders of the organization through reports. 8. Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to strategy, operations, and data analytics. 9. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements, streamline workflows, and optimize resource allocation. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. Master's degree preferred. - 5-9 years of experience in strategy, business analysis, or operations management. - Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, Power BI. - Experience with statistical analysis, predictive modeling, and data visualization techniques preferred. - Excellent problem-solving abilities with a demonstrated track record of driving results through data-driven decision-making. - Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and meet deadlines. - Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey complex concepts to diverse audiences. - Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization. - Strategic mindset with a focus on innovation, continuous improvement, and delivering value to the organization.
