The MosaiQ team manages a centralized investment platform that delivers quantitative and investment-centric data, APIs, and full-service applications used by multiple investment teams within Franklin Templeton. Core Responsibilities: • You will define product requirements and write detailed user stories • You will manage backlog and prioritize features based on business value • You will collaborate with engineering to ensure timely and quality delivery • You will oversee release planning and coordinate deployment activities • You will maintain technical documentation, specifications, and SOPs • You will monitor platform performance and address stability issues proactively • You will ensure compliance with security and regulatory standards. Strategic Responsibilities: • You will align product roadmap with business objectives and market trends • You will make prioritization decisions that maximize client and stakeholder value • You will identify opportunities to leverage AI and cloud technologies for innovation • You will drive adoption of best practices in architecture and development • You will evaluate emerging technologies to maintain competitive advantage • You will influence investment platform strategy through data-driven insights • You will champion scalability and cost efficiency in all product initiatives.
