We are a Delaware C-Corporation seeking a U.S.-licensed startup/venture attorney to assist with an equity restructuring and cap table update. We already have a signed founder alignment agreement in place. We now need legal support to formally implement the agreed changes, including updating the cap table and preparing all required corporate documentation. Ideal Candidate: U.S.-licensed attorney Strong experience with Delaware C-Corps Background in startup / venture / emerging companies law Has handled equity restructurings or cap table updates before Practical, efficient, and comfortable working with founder-led companies Contract duration of 1 to 3 months. with 30 hours per week. Mandatory skills: Legal Consulting, Trademark Consulting Optional skills: Corporate Law, Contract Law.
