Desired Profile · Ten years of experience in any leading organization with a minimum of 2 years of experience in human resources functions. · Excellent in networking and interpersonal skills. · Must be a graduate and age above 30 years · Designation & other terms will be flexible for the best suitable candidates. · Candidates from Kottayam or nearby districts is preferred. · Familiarity with Automobile Industry will be an added advantage. What you will do: · Lead HR & Admin functions of two districts. · Develops and implements recruiting and screening systems and procedures in order to attract qualified candidates for position vacancies. · Maintains effective communications at all levels of management and staff. · Assists in maintaining and creating a positive atmosphere within the organization that allows for open two-way communication that ensures morale and productivity reach the highest possible levels. · Implements and monitors an effective employee relations and welfare programme in the organization. · Participates in developing and implementing programmes to ensure employee security and safety. · Prepares and submits periodic reports for management’s use in accordance with corporate and government requirements. · Desired candidate to be flexible to travel on branch requirements.
