Accountabilities Major Activities Annual budgets / P&L simulations/ Scenario planning / Business Partnering • Work closely with business leadership teams to drive the financial/strategic goals for the organization using data driven analysis • Develop and continually improve budgeting, financial projections, and operating forecast • Develop financial models and analyze them to support strategic initiatives • Partnering with business teams to set the annual budgets of their respective channels and monitor financial metrics monthly • Raising violations for various underwriting ratios w.r.t boundary conditions on monthly basis, finalizing actionable and ensuring implementation of actionable P&L analytics, MIS & Reporting • Prepare management reporting packs for timely reviews with actionable business insights • Deep dive into analyzing the Operating expenses • Quality check of payment grids basis the guidelines • Any other payout related activities Compliance & Controls • Implementation and adherence of the business processes and controls • Interacting with Auditors, fulfilling information requirements and reconciliations
