This role focuses on building strong doctor relationships, driving patient referrals, executing on-ground marketing campaigns, and contributing to revenue growth across assigned territories. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates looking to grow their career in healthcare marketing and hospital business development. 🔹 Key Responsibilities 1️⃣ Doctor & Referral Network Development • Visit GPs, ophthalmologists, optometrists, clinics, hospitals, and diagnostic centers. • Build and maintain strong referral relationships. • Promote Eye Mantra’s key services (LASIK, Cataract, Retina, Pediatric Eye Care). • Track referrals and maintain daily visit reports. 2️⃣ Field Marketing & Lead Generation • Conduct regular field visits as per assigned territory. • Generate patient leads through doctor engagement and local networking. • Coordinate with call center and hospital teams for patient follow-ups. • Support lead conversion and ensure achievement of monthly targets. 3️⃣ On-Ground Activities & Camps • Assist in organizing health camps, awareness drives, RWAs, and corporate activities. • Ensure effective distribution of marketing materials. • Represent Eye Mantra professionally at all offline touchpoints. 4️⃣ Reporting & Market Feedback • Submit daily activity reports and weekly performance summaries. • Provide competitor updates and local market insights. • Maintain accurate records of doctor interactions and referral performance. ✅ Skills & Qualifications • Experience: 1–3 years in Medical Representative (MR), Pharma Sales, Healthcare Marketing, or Field Sales. • Industry Preference: Healthcare / Hospital / Pharma / Medical Devices. • Education: Bachelor’s degree (Life Sciences / Pharmacy / Marketing preferred). • Strong communication and relationship-building skills. • Target-oriented with a go-getter attitude. • Willingness to travel within assigned territory. 🌟 Why Join Eye Mantra? • Work with a fast-growing super-specialty healthcare brand. • Strong learning and career growth opportunities. • Attractive salary + performance-based incentives. • Exposure to hospital marketing and referral business development.
