At ClickPost, onboarding is not just a process—it’s a key part of our customer success journey. As a Onboarding Manager, you will act as the crucial link between our customers and our product. You'll manage onboarding end-to-end, help clients extract maximum value from ClickPost, and ensure a smooth go-live experience. You'll also be on the road occasionally—visiting client offices and warehouses to truly understand their logistics flow and tailor onboarding accordingly. Key Responsibilities • Collaborate with a wide range of ecommerce and logistics clients to understand their business needs and recommend the most effective ClickPost solution. • Own and manage your portfolio of clients from onboarding through implementation and go-live. • Conduct regular client visits (offices and warehouses) to map operational workflows and ensure accurate integration. • Deliver client training, live demos, and onboarding sessions—driving product adoption and customer satisfaction. • Work cross-functionally with the Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to ensure feedback is looped into product development and roadmap. • Monitor onboarding timelines, track progress, and ensure timely, high-quality delivery. • Proficient with advanced Excel-based data handling, including building and customizing solutions using Excel Macros and formulas. • Identify potential churn risks and work proactively to resolve issues. What We’re Looking For • 1–3 years of experience in SaaS onboarding, client success, or product implementation (startups preferred). • Strong communication skills—you can effectively speak with CXOs, product teams, and warehouse managers alike. • Exceptional project management skills with the ability to manage multiple onboarding tracks simultaneously. • Proficient in Advanced Excel (Pivot tables, formulas, dashboards) and Excel Macros/VBA. • Analytical, proactive, and solutions-oriented mindset. • Ability to work independently, manage time well, and shift priorities in a fast-paced environment. • Comfortable with travel—willing to visit client sites and warehouses as needed to facilitate onboarding and training. • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
