Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Online Marketing and Online Sales professional based in Kolkata. The individual will be responsible for developing and executing effective online marketing strategies, managing social media campaigns, and driving online sales initiatives. Day-to-day tasks include planning and implementing digital marketing activities, analyzing sales and campaign data, improving reach and engagement, and maintaining customer relationships to achieve sales targets. Qualifications • Proficiency in Online Marketing, Digital Marketing, and Social Media Marketing • Strong experience in Sales and Marketing strategies, including identifying target audiences and generating leads • Excellent analytical skills to analyze campaign performance and sales data • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, along with relationship-building capabilities • Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team on-site • Previous experience in e-commerce, fashion, or retail marketing is a plus • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field • Familiarity with online sales tools and marketing platforms is an advantage.
