OpenShift Container Platform Engineer

We are seeking an experienced OpenShift Container Platform Engineer to administer, optimize, and support enterprise-grade OpenShift environments. The role requires strong hands-on expertise in Red Hat OpenShift, ODF (Ceph Storage), CI/CD integration, observability, and container networking/security. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in maintaining highly available, secure, and scalable container platforms supporting business-critical workloads. Key Responsibilities • Administer, monitor, and support Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform environments. • Manage and optimize ODF (Ceph Storage) for persistent workloads. • Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines integrated with OpenShift. • Configure and manage container networking using SDN / OVN Kubernetes. • Monitor clusters using Prometheus, Grafana, and Loki stack. • Troubleshoot cluster, storage, networking, and performance issues. • Automate platform operations using Ansible and Shell scripting. • Enforce security best practices for containerized workloads. • Perform cluster upgrades, patching, and lifecycle management. • Collaborate with DevOps, application, and security teams.
