Job Title: Operational Risk Specialist **Location**: Bangalore **Shift Timing**: 6:30 AM IST – 3:30 PM IST **Notice Period**: Immediate to 30 Days **Experience Required**: 1 – 4 Years **Key Responsibilities**: • Monitor various exceptions to identify potential disclosure obligations across Asia Pacific. • Work within tight daily deadlines to ensure timely regulatory filings. • Develop a strong understanding of different exception types to enable accurate reporting to regulators. • Build knowledge of security transactions and various financial product types. • Review and question data integrity to ensure accuracy. • Collaborate closely with the Compliance team. • Identify and implement process improvements. • Provide support to team members as required. **Required Skills & Qualifications**: • 1– 3 years of experience in Risk Management and Financial Products. • Strong academic background. • Proficiency in MS Excel (Formulas, Pivot Tables, Data Analysis).
