Operations Analyst

About the job

The Operations analysts’ primary function is to provide first line of technical support for business critical applications. Accountable for varied day-to-day support tasks (production incident investigations, root cause analysis, incident fixes & implementations, daily BOD/EOD health-checks, respond to production related issues, queries etc). Work closely with the operations manager to ensure high quality and predictability of deliverables – both in terms of support delivery and support maintenance. Analyze, communicate and present on varied technical and system issues involving exposure to many areas / levels of systems and businesses. High interaction with business users and engagement with development ans other technical support teams, hence close working relationships with all associated systems and business teams is a critical responsibility. Demonstrate continuous effort to improve operations, decrease down times, streamline work processes, work cooperatively with in team and adhere to processes set by operations manager. Responsible for being available 24 x 5 during working days. Should be flexible with work timings/shifts.
