As a Senior Customer Support & Onboarding Specialist, you’ll sit at the heart of this mission. You’ll be the bridge between our customers and the engine that powers their financial freedom. You will support seamless onboarding, safeguarding transaction integrity, and delivering an exceptional support experience that builds trust at every touchpoint. What You’ll Work On: · Providing operational support to customers via email, phone, or chat on inquiries and issues. · Calling existing customers to encourage engagement and help them get the most out of the platform. · Guiding customers through onboarding and KYC (Know Your Customer) processes. · Helping improve internal operational processes and suggesting efficiencies.
