As a Senior Customer Support & Onboarding Specialist, you’ll sit at the heart of this mission. You’ll be the bridge between our customers and the engine that powers their financial freedom. You will support seamless onboarding, safeguarding transaction integrity, and delivering an exceptional support experience that builds trust at every touchpoint. What You’ll Work On: • Providing operational support to customers via email, phone, or chat on inquiries and issues. • Calling existing customers to encourage engagement and help them get the most out of the platform. • Guiding customers through onboarding and KYC (Know Your Customer) processes. • Helping improve internal operational processes and suggesting efficiencies. Tools & Systems We Use: • Productivity & Analytics: Excel, Power BI • Platforms: Indus admin portal, KYC verification systems • CRM: Zoho • Communication: JustCall (for calls and SMS), email, chat What We’re Looking For: • Experience: 4+ years in operations or customer support roles (fintech or financial services is a plus). • Communication: Confident in communicating with customers and external partners professionally. • Mindset: A proactive team player who’s eager to resolve issues, improve processes, and deliver excellent service.
