Hi, I run a growing music business with my brother (a professional handpan musician). We are currently building a small team: • Social Media Manager (content & ads creatives) • Tech specialist (Shopify, website, online course, email systems) Now, I'm looking for an Operations & CRM Architect to design and implement the operational backbone of the business. This is NOT a VA role. This is NOT a task execution role. I need someone who thinks in systems, processes, dashboards and structure. Your Mission Design and implement a clear operational system that connects: • CRM & lead tracking • Sales pipelines (online course + events + workshops + concerts) • Follow-up automation • Prospect tracking (schools, corporate, event organizers) • KPI dashboard • Internal workflow structure Your goal is to create clarity, visibility and discipline in the backend. Revenue streams include: • Online course (paid ads + organic traffic) • Live workshops • Concert bookings • Corporate events • Instrument-related services Currently, tools are partially set up but not structured as a unified system. You will: Phase 1 – Audit • Review current tools • Identify gaps • Propose system architecture Phase 2 – Implementation • Structure CRM • Build pipelines • Define workflows • Create dashboards • Implement tracking system Phase 3 – Optimization • Ensure system works in real conditions • Improve clarity and reporting Ideal Profile • Experience building CRM systems from scratch • Experience structuring small online businesses • Strong knowledge of HubSpot / Pipedrive / ClickUp / Airtable or similar • KPI-driven mindset • Able to design simple systems (not over-engineered) Bonus: Experience with education, online courses, or digital products.
