Scope Coordination and execution of Ocean Freight orders in accordance with customers’ requirements, internal processes, procedures, and based on PSA BDP Ethics. Responsibilities: • Manage Ocean Import and Ocean Export end-to-end operations. • Planning, Booking, Transportation, and Documentation of Ocean Freight Shipments. • Coordination and follow-up of the shipments end-to-end. • Customs Clearance coordination for Ocean Export and Ocean Import shipments. • Invoicing and Costing. • Updating to the customer (internal and external reporting of the shipments to the customer) by various means (mail, phone, EDI). • Operational troubleshooting. • Non-conformance reporting in accordance with the KPI’s. • Adherence of approved subcontractors in accordance with agreed rates. • Closely coordinate with various stakeholders such as but not limited to PSA BDP external (Network offices, Agents, suppliers and Ports) and internal (Sales, Customer Service, Finance and Customs departments). • Punctual and flawless shipment handling and documentation.
