We are looking for a professional who is ready to explore the business side of media, master the art of client relations, and grow as we scale. Your Core Mission: Strategic Growth & Revenue Your primary and most critical responsibility is to drive the agency’s expansion:• High-Ticket Prospecting: Identifying and building a bridge to brands that fit our elite portfolio.• Relationship Management: Mastering the art of outreach and securing high-level first meetings for the founders.• Pipeline Ownership: Using meticulous follow-ups to turn prospects into long-term agency partners. Supporting the Agency (Minor Responsibilities)• Production Support: Managing the logistical "finer details" of shoots and maintaining vendor harmony.• Team Coordination: Assisting the founders in occasional hiring and streamlining the daily "vibe" and flow of the office.
