CLIENT: Loyalty & Rewards Platform specializing in Digital Rewards, Gift Vouchers/Coupons looking for an able Operations Head at strategic level to oversee Pan India operations with strong emphasis on demand forecasting, inventory management and order fulfillment. Key responsibilities: • Spearhead and oversee operations across consumer life-cycle initiatives including order fulfillment, budgeting, ... analytics, and vendor management, engagement, and retention via digital and media channels. • Lead partnerships with fintech, aggregators, and partner brands to enhance acceptance, CX, and product innovation including product uploads, pricing sync, content workflows, asset quality—optimizing turnaround through data audits and performance dashboards. • Design and implement process flows and service frameworks, streamlining customer journeys across voice, chat, whatsapp, email and social media. • Serve as the primary liaison for external partner brands and merchants addressing concerns, resolving issues to foster long-term partnerships. • Streamline and optimize order management processes to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment. Incumbent Profile: • Proven operations leader with customer success perspective in establishing operational optimization across diverse customer and geographies in E-commerce/Q-Commerce, Loyalty, Fintech, Payment platforms.
