As an Operations Lead at this fast-growing global wellness brand, your role will involve driving both strategy and operations across multiple business functions. You will be responsible for leading supply chain & logistics, including coordination with customs agents, driving inventory forecasting & stock planning, overseeing customer support operations, and improving processes. Additionally, you will collaborate with India-based developers & operations teams, work on improving website conversion and user experience, and act as a cross-functional leader driving operational excellence.
