As an early operations hire at our modern home-furnishing e-commerce brand, you will have the exciting opportunity to build and scale the entire operations & logistics function from scratch. This role offers high ownership, fast learning, and the chance to make a real impact. Key Responsibilities: - Set up end-to-end operations & logistics from ground zero - Design systems, processes, SLAs, cost structures & escalation matrices - Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and logistics partners - Manage inventory, warehousing, and stock tracking - Ensure smooth order fulfillment and on-time deliveries - Handle customer communication for deliveries, returns, and issues - Work closely with founders to continuously improve ops Qualifications Required: - Tier-1 college graduate - 1+ year experience (ops / supply chain / startups preferred) - Comfortable with ambiguity and fast-changing environments - Strong coordination & communication skills - Ownership-driven, execution-focused Joining our team means being a founding member, not just an employee.
