Operational Excellence Oversee course readiness lifecycle, ensuring timely setup and maintenance, alignment to defined process standards and quality benchmarks. Review course configurations, manage end activities, and analyze completion trends. Team Leadership Lead and mentor team members to drive accountability, efficiency, and quality in execution. Monitor workload distribution, performance metrics, and deliverables to ensure service level agreement adherence. Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with Program Delivery, Product, Marketing, and IT teams for smooth launches and issue resolution. Liaise with Partner Teams for blended course requirements and partner satisfaction.
