Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Manager located in New Delhi. The Operations Manager will oversee sales target individual and team, daily operations, coordinate with different departments, and ensure the efficient execution of operational activities. Responsibilities include developing and implementing operational strategies, monitoring performance, managing budgets, and maintaining high standards of service delivery. The role also involves identifying opportunities for process improvement and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. Qualifications • Strong organizational and planning skills to manage operational strategies and workflows • Leadership and team management capabilities to guide and support staff effectively • Analytical and problem-solving skills for process improvement and issue resolution • Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and financial planning • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with teams and clients • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, on-site environment • Experience in the travel or hospitality industry is a plus • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field • DMC Experience from Travel domain is must to apply for this role.
