Operations Manager – Senior (4–5 Years of Experience) Location: Hybrid/Remote Budget: ₹14,00,000 p.a. Full Time Address: 5th Floor, WeWork, DLF Two Horizon Centre, Raghvendra Marg, Harizan Colony, DLF Phase 5, Sector 43, Gurugram, Haryana 122009 Role Overview Lead end-to-end campaign operations across influencer/content workflows. Own buying, briefing, delivery, and client coordination. This is a senior role that ensures campaigns move from pitch → production → delivery seamlessly. Key Responsibilities • Creator/influencer buying & negotiation • Build briefs, contracts, and delivery frameworks • End-to-end delivery management across multiple clients • Coordinate with creators for timelines, revisions, approvals • Maintain campaign trackers, sheets, budgets & MIS • Ensure all deliverables meet brand guidelines & timelines • Work closely with consulting team on expectations & pitches • Identify operational bottlenecks and automate processes Must-Haves • 4–5 years experience in influencer marketing / agency ops • Excellent negotiation skills • Ability to handle 10–15 creators per campaign • Process-driven mindset • Strong understanding of Instagram/YouTube creator ecosystem
