Operations & OEM Program Manager

We are looking for a hands-on Operations & OEM Program Manager who can manage both manufacturing operations and OEM coordination. Role Overview This role will lead: • Production operations (Seat Covers & Floor Mats) • OEM coordination & licensing processes • RFQ & costing preparation • Production planning & quality discipline • Vendor & internal team coordination The candidate should have strong experience in automotive accessories or interior trim manufacturing. Key Responsibilities Operations • Oversee daily production (cutting, stitching, binding, finishing) • Ensure output targets & on-time dispatch • Implement and monitor SOPs • Manage production supervisors & workforce • Control rejection and wastage OEM / Commercial • Coordinate with Mobis and other OEM accessory divisions • Prepare cost sheets & RFQs • Manage documentation & vendor compliance • Support sample development and approvals • Ensure adherence to OEM quality standards Expansion • Support setup of floor mat vertical • Improve process efficiency • Support new OEM development Required Profile • 8–15 years experience in automotive manufacturing • Background in accessories / interior trim / seat covers preferred • Experience dealing with OEMs / Tier-1 suppliers • Strong costing & commercial understanding • Hands-on leadership approach • Good Excel & documentation skills What We Offer • Direct leadership role • OEM exposure • Growth opportunity with expanding vertical • Long-term strategic role Interested candidates may apply or connect directly via LinkedIn.
