We are seeking an Operations Planning & Supply Chain Lead to join our team in Mundra, Gujarat, to oversee production planning, logistics coordination, dispatch management, and inventory control across our plant and port operations. This role will play an important part in ensuring efficient material flow, supply chain coordination, and operational discipline across our manufacturing operations. Key Responsibilities: • Production planning based on sales orders and plant capacity • Supply chain and logistics coordination for dispatch and shipment schedules • Coal and coke inventory management across port and plant locations • Coordination with stevedores, transporters, and logistics partners for port-to-plant movement • Monitoring plant operations, dispatch performance, and inventory levels • Supporting operational planning, reporting, and business monitoring • Ensuring effective coordination between manufacturing, logistics, and commercial teams Ideal Candidate: • BE in Production / Mechanical / Industrial Engineering • 5-10 years of experience in production planning, manufacturing operations, logistics, or supply chain management • Experience in bulk materials industries such as metals, cement, coal, coke, or similar sectors preferred • Strong operations coordination, analytical, and problem-solving skills Location: Mundra, Gujarat Compensation: Up to ₹10 LPA + Performance-Linked Bonus Additional Information: • Accommodation assistance or relocation support may be considered for the right candidate • Candidates from Gujarat and nearby industrial regions are encouraged to apply • Mundra is a rapidly growing industrial and logistics hub with strong infrastructure and connectivity.

Qualifications
