BluPrnt Workspaces is building a collaborative ecosystem for architects, interior designers, contractors, and product vendors, along with a centralized procurement platform and material library. We are looking for an Operations & Procurement Coordinator to support procurement operations and material library management. Key Responsibilities · Coordinate procurement orders between vendors and client firms · Track deliveries and manage site logistics · Maintain procurement records and vendor databases · Support invoice tracking and coordination with accounts · Manage cataloguing and organization of samples in the BluPrnt Material Library Ideal Candidate · 2–4 years experience in the Architecture / Interior Design / Building Materials industry (mandatory) · Experience in procurement coordination, vendor management, or operations · Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills · Highly organized with strong follow-up skills This role offers the opportunity to work closely with the founding team and help build systems from the ground up.
