RasoiShop is hiring a disciplined, systems-driven Operations & Supply Chain Manager to lead backend e-commerce and warehouse operations from our Kutch headquarters. Location: Kutch, Gujarat (Head Office & Warehouse) Company: RasoiShop Work Mode: Full-Time | In-Office Only Compensation: 12–18 LPA (based on experience & capability) This is a high-ownership, hands-on leadership role - not a clerical position. You will be responsible for end-to-end order flow, inventory integrity, dispatch accuracy, courier performance, and marketplace operations. If you operate with precision, understand scale, and can build process control in a fast-growing e-commerce environment, we would like to speak with you. Responsibilities: Order & Warehouse Operations • Map daily orders to warehouses/stores based on inventory and serviceability • Lead dispatch planning and enforce end-of-day reconciliation • Audit ERP vs courier manifests (AWB, COD, mismatches) • Monitor DTO, RTO, NDR and ensure exception closures Courier & Logistics Management • Manage Delhivery panel (OPS, chalan, NDR handling, escalations) • Coordinate with courier partners (Delhivery, Maruti, others) • Reduce RTO% and delivery failures through structured follow-ups Inventory & ERP Control • Own daily stock sheet accuracy and reconciliation • Maintain real-time inventory alignment across ERP (ZipERP preferred) • Trigger procurement based on trends, pending orders, and stock thresholds Marketplace Operations • Process marketplace orders end-to-end • Maintain SKU mapping accuracy and order flow discipline • Data & Reporting • Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables mandatory) • Build and manage Google Sheets dashboards for live operational tracking Ideal Candidate • 4–7 years of experience in E-commerce Operations / Supply Chain / Warehouse Management • Strong hands-on ERP experience (ZipERP preferred) • Mandatory working experience with Delhivery panel • Proven expertise in RTO, DTO, COD reconciliation and dispatch audits • Process-oriented, detail-driven, and execution-focused • Comfortable handling high daily order volumes Non-Negotiable This role is strictly in-office at our Kutch warehouse.
