Oracle EBS/Fusion Finance Functional Consultant

We are looking for a motivated Finance Professional (CA, MBA Finance, CMA, or equivalent) to join our team as an Oracle EBS/Fusion Finance Functional Consultant. The ideal candidate will leverage their deep understanding of accounting, financial processes, and will be trained to transition into an ERP consulting role, configuring and implementing Oracle Financials modules—General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets (FA), and Cash Management (CM) to meet client business needs. Experience Required: 4–10 Years (Finance Domain Experience + 1-2 years Oracle Functional exposure or willingness to undergo training) Notice period: 15 days or less Location: Head Office: Dubai, Hiring Office: Hosur Work Mode: Remote (Onsite- when required) Required Skills & Qualifications: • Domain Expertise: Strong, hands-on experience in corporate finance, accounting, or auditing (3+ years). • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance (CA, CPA, CMA, ICWA, or MBA Finance preferred). • Oracle Knowledge: Prior experience as an end-user of Oracle EBS/Fusion is highly desirable. Candidates with a strong willingness to learn Oracle Fusion Financials will be considered. • Functional Understanding: Deep knowledge of Record-to-Report (R2R), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), and Order-to-Cash (O2C) cycles. • Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to interpret complex financial data. • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience in client-facing roles.
