The role is based on-site in Hyderabad. The selected candidate will work on developing and maintaining Oracle-based applications, implementing business processes, integrating systems, and designing front-end and back-end solutions. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, the developer will contribute to consulting initiatives, troubleshoot issues, and deliver efficient solutions. Qualifications • Proficiency in Oracle HR and Oracle Applications • Experience with Business Process modeling and system integration • Expertise in IT Consulting and analysis to provide effective solutions • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills • Working experience in Java, Full Stack development, and UI technologies • Ability to work effectively on-site and collaborate with diverse teams • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field • Prior experience in similar roles within the tech industry (preferred)
